Introduction

Consultant Tabec, a prominent land developer, contracted Perth Underground Power to undertake a pivotal project within the Atlantis Beach estate at Two Rocks, focusing on Stage 4B. The project aimed to develop and install a complete underground power infrastructure along with an NBN pit and pipe system for a Greenfield development of 22 residential lots. This initiative was crucial for setting the stage for a modern, connected community in the burgeoning area of Two Rocks.

Challenge

With a budget of $120,000, the project required the expertise of our team in effectively planning, developing and installing the power infrastructure and NBN infrastructure. The scope encompassed the installation of Western Power cables and assets, along with a comprehensive NBN pit and pipe network. The primary challenge was to ensure a reliable and efficient power supply to all residential lots while integrating seamless NBN connectivity, all within a strict four-month timeline.
